Description

Viticulture :

HVE Level 3 certified, reflecting our highest commitment to biodiversity, sustainable viticulture and environmental performance.

Vinification :

The Syrah is manually harvested and the intact berries allow for carbonic maceration. The Grenache is 100% destemmed before fermentation. The juices are selected immediately after ermentation and blended. They are aged in barrels and demi-muids from one and two wines for sixteen months.

8 to10 years

A perfect companion to red meats in sauce, game, and strong cheeses, as well as traditional Mediterranean style cuisine. To fully appreciate its aromatic richness, open the bottle in advance or better yet, serve it decantered.

Description

Appearance: Deep and vibrant purple hue

Nose: Powerful nose with notes of candied plum, black fruits, coffee, and roasted almonds

Taste: Generous and powerful, yet silky on the palate, unfolding in complex layers of licorice, candied orange, truffle, and exotic spices
