Matching fine foodWith its deep hue and aromas of spice and wild Mediterranean herbs, this full-bodied red offers intense flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and warming spices, balanced by fine tannins. The wine’s rich, yet fresh character makes it a perfect match for lamb, grilled meats, stuffed vegetables, pasta with hearty sauces and a selection of mature cheeses. Its complexity and balance also mean it is just as enjoyable sipped on its own. | |
