On the palate, it is supple and approachable, with soft tannins and a refreshing acidity that give balance and energy. The wine’s bright, fruit-driven character makes it an excellent companion to grilled meats such as steak, sausages, or barbecue, as well as roast chicken, charcuterie, and creamy soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. Elegant yet uncomplicated, it is a versatile wine best enjoyed young, either on its own or as a natural partner to everyday Mediterranean cuisine. | |
