Matching fine foodThis versatile rosé makes a superb pairing with a range of lighter fare. Its crisp, mineral profile and delicate white-fruit notes shine alongside roasted or grilled poultry and white meats, such as herb-rubbed chicken, turkey or pork tenderloin, while its refreshing acidity complements delicate fish and seafood—from grilled sea bass to pan-seared scallops. The wine’s lively freshness also makes it ideal as a summer aperitif, perfect for enjoying on its own with light appetizers or a fresh salad. | |
